TR 902 over Wappasening Creek

            Windham Township Bridge Number 1 is a riveted Warren pony truss bridge.  Built in 1914, it is a one span, 74’ long, 12’wide bridge supported on concrete abutments.  The members are built up of angle sections and plates.  It has a timber plank deck with a small section of open grid steel decking at one end.  The deck is supported by rolled floorbeams and stringers.  This bridge has been determined not eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
