In 1969, LeRoy D. (Bud) Loy and Robert C. Skelly established Skelly and Loy, Engineers-Consultants, offering comprehensive services in mining and environmental research, planning, and design. One of their first actions as partners was to develop the standards by which the company would operate and, through the years, all management decisions have been based on the same three goals: to produce high-quality work on time and within budget; to keep staff members gainfully employed through challenging work; and, to earn a reasonable profit. |
