The Skelly and Loy team has significant experience in all aspects of cultural resource management, from background sensitivity studies and geomorphological investigation through archaeological monitoring during the construction phase of a project. Skelly and Loy is both sufficiently diversified to fulfill any required cultural resource investigation and specialized enough to concurrently address unique sets of problems with a creative, pragmatic approach. The services offered include both archaeological and
historical studies such as geomorphological investigations,
archaeological survey, testing and evaluation; historic
resource survey and determination of eligibility and effect;
4(f) evaluations; and HABS (Historic American Building
Survey) and HAER (Historic American Engineering Record)
