Environmental
Skelly and Loy's Environmental Services are provided
by a professional staff that includes environmental engineers,
ecologists, biologists, hydrogeologists, botanists, and
other environmental scientists. Our staff has extensive
experience in environmental planning, design, construction,
and documentation. The depth and breadth of our staff
experience include detailed field surveys, technical writing,
effective interagency coordination, and pro-active public
involvement. As a result of the staff's wide variety of
project experience, they have developed and nurtured professional
relationships with many federal and state resource and
regulatory agencies. These relationships have been important
in building trust and acceptance of project technical
findings and in fostering good working relationships that
in turn facilitate agency coordination and permitting
efforts undertaken as part of project development and
delivery for our clients. We maintain an image within
the state as the leader in providing environmental services
to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Our
staff has diversified over the past few years and provides
its expertise to a wide range of private clients as well
