The result is timely, cost-effective solutions that confidently support the environmental decision-making process.

We share a successful history of past performance in support of private and government agencies, particularly federal, state, and local governments. The Geo-Environmental Service Group is comprised of a highly qualified and knowledgeable team of accredited personnel with current credentials and certifications. Many of our staff members have more than 15 years of demonstrated project participation and shared working relationships while employed with Skelly and Loy. These team members possess proven project management and quality assurance capabilities and demonstrated experience with the most complex projects and schedules, particularly during periods of peak demand. Our experience has shown that, in order to ensure that the project process flows smoothly, a project setting with well-defined organization roles and responsibilities are essential elements for successful Program Management.
