The medical FSA allows employees to withhold up to $2,500 on a pre-tax basis to pay for eligible medical, dental, vision, and prescription costs that are not covered by insurance. Skelly and Loy also offers a convenient debit card that allows employees to immediately access their medical FSA funds when used at eligible providers.
Dependent care
Employees can withhold up to $5,000 on a pre-tax basis to pay for eligible dependent care costs that are necessary to allow employees and their spouses to work, actively look for work, or attend school full-time.
