Skelly and Loy performed mold and radon sampling and analysis and prepared resulting reports for 21 park buildings used as living and work quarters. Industrial hygienists and inspectors collected airborne mold spore samples and placed radon sampling canisters, then coordinated laboratory analysis. Skelly and Loy professionals confirmed specific health concerns in several buildings and issued recommendations allowing National Park Service staff to make informed decisions regarding radon mitigation, moisture control and prevention, and mold remediation. All work was completed on schedule and within budget, allowing remediation efforts to proceed in a timely fashion.
