Skelly and Loy has provided a wide range of environmental, cultural resource and surveying services under this “open-end” agreement. Specific assignments have included a cumulative environmental effects analysis for a congressionally-mandated feasibility study of navigation improvements along 40 miles of the Ohio River, an updated Historic American Engineering Record (HAER) of the Port Perry Bridge (built by the Pennsylvania Railroad in 1903), and topographic surveys identifying stormwater management and other potentially impacted site features in advance of design and construction of slope failure remediation at the Kirwin Dam.
