Skelly and Loy offers mechanical construction services related to wastewater and water treatment systems, stream restoration, stormwater management Best Management Practices, and other environmental infrastructure systems to a wide range of municipal, private, industrial, and non-profit organizations and clients. Mechanical construction experience includes new system installation and startups, existing system upgrades, system retrofits, and system decommissioning or closures. Specific capabilities include various piping and conduit runs, tank assembly, and various water- and wastewater-related pumping and/or chemical feed systems. Services are performed to be in full compliance with regulatory permitting and building codes and can include completion of final regulatory permit reporting and as-built documentation as needed. Services also include system component repair, maintenance, and upgrade capabilities. All staff members are 40-hour OSHA certified and confined space entry trained for emergency response.
