Open End Contracts

Many of Skelly and Loy's clients rely on the flexibility of open end or indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts to secure our cultural resources services. These types of agreements ensure that the clients have a contracting mechanism in place prior to their need for cultural resources services, thus ensuring that they receive responsive and reliable services and immediate access to our consulting expertise. Skelly and Loy has held and currently holds numerous open end contracts throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, including statewide and district-wide open end agreements for Departments of Transportation in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Delaware. As veterans of these open end contracts, we have the experience and insight necessary to anticipate the needs of our clients, and we have ample professional and technical staff to easily accomplish the multiple, concurrent task orders which may be expected. Skelly and Loy has also performed cultural resources tasks within the federal arena under several IDIQ contracts with the Pittsburgh and Baltimore Districts of the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
