Skelly and Loy has extensive experience with the collection of data and plan preparation for ALTA/ACSM surveys. This very detailed survey is most often required by lending institutions and the request for this survey must be in writing and be accompanied by all deeds and easements affecting the subject property as well as the deeds to adjoining properties. Over the years, Skelly and Loy has gained an understanding of what is necessary for the ALTA requirements, which in many cases exceeds the exact wording of the request form.
